Bunnik/Heverlee, 27 June 2019-the Directorate of Dialog Group and current shareholders have agreed on the purchase and sale of 100 of the shares in Dialog group to part of the incumbent management. This means that all shares in Dialog group and underlying companies Document Dialog, CCM Masters and Engage Dialog by former owners and founders Dick Kakebeeke and Jaap Nieboer have been handed over to Patrick Roelandt (50), Rob van Barlingen (25) and Philippe Van Nieuwenborgh (25). The transaction applies to all companies in the Netherlands and Belgium and with retroactive effect until 1 January 2019.

The current shareholders Dick Kakebeeke and Jaap Nieboer have primarily searched for a way to ensure continuity for both customers, suppliers and employees in addition to good follow-up. Dick Kakebeeke: “There is a solid confidence that the current digital transformation and growth, deployed under the leadership of General manager Patrick Roelandt and his team, is being successfully pursued. The culture, standards and values of the company will also be preserved. That makes us able to transfer with peace of mind. ” Both Patrick, Rob and Philippe have been working for Dialog Group for several years. They have determined the current course and company vision and are like no other able to guarantee the continuity of the company and the unique corporate culture. In addition, they think they can achieve even more flexibility and strength.

In The daily management, the acquisition changes virtually nothing: Patrick Roelandt remains general manager of Dialog Group and sends Document Dialog, Rob van Barlingen is responsible for CCM Masters and the Portfolio Support and Philippe Van Nieuwenborgh is responsible for Engage Dialog and the portfolios IT and innovation. Dick Kakebeeke continues to be an advisor to Dialog Group, as a member of an advisory board to be set up.
In the coming years, the new owners will work together with the rest of the management on digital transformation, further growth and professionalization, innovation andcorporate social responsibility.
